Cancellation Policy

If a request for cancellation is received in writing at least seven (7) calendar days before the class starts, full refund will be given in the form of credit for another class.

If a student cancels from a class session less than seven (7) calendar days or is a "no show" for the class session, the fee for the class session and proficiency exam (if applicable) and a charge of fifty dollars ($50.00) will be assessed. Reschedules will be processed once payment is made.

If a request for cancellation is received in writing at least seven (7) calendar days before the date of the exam, full refund will be given in the form of credit for another exam.

A charge of fifty dollars ($50.00) will be assessed for "exam only" sessions if the registration is not canceled prior to seven (7) calendar days of the exam date.

If the class or exam is cancelled by us, full credit will be given. We are not responsible for non-refundable travel fares or lodging deposits.

Substitutions will be permitted up to seven (7) calendar days before the class starts. The substituting trainee should bring to class a completed CTQP application. Across the top of the application please indicate "Substitution for name of original trainee."
